Description

Voler's leg warmers provide versatility & protection from the elements, and are perfect to keep those hard-working knee joints warm and happy! This technical item is made with 9.5 oz. Dryline - a wicking fabric that pulls chilling moisture away from the skin to keep you ultra-warm, dry and comfortable. As the temperature rises, they are easily removed and fit in a jersey pocket. The articulated design prevents uncomfortable bunching behind the knee & helps keep them in place (the seam is worn behind the knee.) Also features woven gripper at both hems and a 9" zippered ankle to facilitate easy removal over shoes.

Dryline

Dryline is a dual-component fabric with an absorbent hydrophilic fiber inside and a hydrophobic fiber outside. This combination results in an active “push-pull” mechanism to quickly absorb chilling moisture and wick it the to the outside of the garment where it is quickly dispersed for extremely fast drying. In addition, the internal surface has a channeled knit to trap warm air while assisting in capillary action. This fabric will keep you ultra-warm, dry and comfortable! Weight: 270g / 9.5 oz.

Comments: Great warmers! Very comfortable, breathable, and the material is a soft matte look vs the shinny spandex cyclists are accustomed to. I have a pair of Pearl Izumi Fleece leg warmers and I never wear them because the Volers feel much more comfortable! I ride mostly paved trails and mountain bike. These work great for cooler and even colder weather when mountain biking. My MB shorts have the liner mesh in them (with elastic around the legs), I just slide these on and the stay in place the entire time. I am not all about fashion, the Voler logo compliments calf muscle as the logo rests right on top of the calf on the back of the leg! Even when the day warms up they still feel comfortable. Sizing; I am approx 5' 9" and the large fit perfect. When putting them on; I've found it is easiest to slide them on scrunched up on the lower part of the leg, but before I pull them all the way up, I zip the leg zip so when you pull the warmer up; the bottom of the leg warmer stays in place by your
