Comments: You don't realize how great these bibs are until you go back to some of your old shorts. I have 2 pairs of these- last weekend, I wasn't able to wash them so I used an old pair of brand X bibs- they were $150 bibs, so it wasn't like they were cheapos- after 10 miles, I was missing my Elites- they move with your body so there's no chafing and the pad is great even though I never notice it when I'm riding. By far the best value in shorts.
Sizing is about as good as it gets for cycling gear- still not the same as everyday clothes if you're a bigger person like me, but nothing like the Euro sizes that many of the other brands use.

Comments: Silicone leg grippers should be exposed, not covered in fabric. Very annoying to have the legs ride up because the grippers dont hold. They would be awesome bibs if they fixed that issue.

Comments: Shorts feel great. The seamless pad is a major improvement over the previous model. My only gripe is that the fabric is see-thru. Yup... crackage.

Comments: Great Pad, Great Fitting and Great Looking.
BUT i GOT A BAD SNAG DUE TO THE MATERIAL ON VERY FIRST RIDE. They will wear out fast as material is very thin and should have been made thicker or of a different material on inside of legs to help with wear from bike seat.

Comments: Excellent pair of bib shorts. The fit is spot-on. I have not been a big fan of the Ion pad in the past, but the new Ion SL pad in these shorts is great. It is a great value and it's American made!

Comments: Along with the Elite DX bibs I have Demarchi contour plus and their limited edition contour racing, Castelli cronos, Craft elite, as well as the Craft pro race bibs. All five of these bibs will cost you more at retail then the Voler Elite DX. If I could have only one of the six in my closet, hands down without a question it's going to be the Voler bibs. So far they are my top bibs, I could do without the grey panel though. 6' 185lbs I wear the large.

Comments: The Good:
1) The pad is as good as pads get.
2) The purpose of leg elastic is to keep the pad in place. The leg elastic is just right, let's see how it ages...
3) Fabric compression and breathability is just right for summer use.
The Bad:
4) Decide if you want the straps the go over or around my nipples. The rubbing back anb forth along with sweating is uncomfortable and distracting.
5) The front is cut too high. Anatomically, bibs are the perfect solution; they stay up with no abdominal constriction. The front should not extend above the hip bones in the abdominal area. It’s not supposed to be girdle guys. Anything that presses on my abdomen when I’m struggling to get as much air as I can is not helpful.
6) Find a different place for the stupid tag. If you can’t print that info on (like your logo), put the tag where it or its remnants won’t scratch my ass, like maybe on the outside up top someplace ;-).

Comments: These are great shorts that conform very well. The fit is good all around with the leg grippers maybe a little loose.
My biggest disappointment with them is the really annoying placement of the tag that is right on the butt. The tag is thick and itchy. I would return them if I could and get a pair of the TEAM bibs.

Comments: Excellent fit and great long term comfort. The weight of the fabric and the chamois are both excellent. Excellent sizing. I appreciate the leg grippers (the grippers on these shorts aren't the exposed silicone variety). Like a previous reviewer, though, I too think the tag sucks. Once I'm on the bike, I don't think about it too much, so no loss in points.
