Our Easy Return Policy allows you to return or exchange anything, at any time, for any reason. We pay the return postage and the exchange shipping is FREE!
There's no need to call us...simply complete the Return Form on the back of your invoice, marking the appropriate Reason Code.
With your order you will receive a postage-paid Priority Mail Return Envelope. For a prompt refund, send us the Return Form and the item(s) you're returning in this envelope. For Exchanges, please mark the item you would like to exchange on the Return Form. If you don’t have this form, no problem, but please enclose a note with your order number if you have it, as well as your name, your daytime telephone number, and your billing address to assist us in locating your order in our system.
Please peel off the Return Label and apply it to the envelope. Leave the package in a secure place where you normally receive your mail, at home or at work, or drop it off at any US Mailbox or Post Office. Your package will be returned to us via Priority Mail (we cover the insurance.)

** Customized products ordered through the Semi-Custom Design Studio cannot be returned due to the specialized nature of the product. Please note that we do e-mail both order confirmations and artwork proofs that require a customer approval before going into production. We also have both sizing samples and physical proofs on fabric available upon request.
