1. No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve the chances of winning. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. Foreign territories and possessions), who are 18 years of age or older as of October 1, 2008. Employees and relatives of Deyo, Inc., and its partners, subsidiaries, franchises and affiliates ("Voler Team Apparel, Velowear.com"), and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents are not eligible.

3. To Enter: To enter go to www.velowear.com or www.voler.com and complete the requested fields between 8:00 am, PDT on October 1, 2008 and 8:00am, PDT on January 2, 2009(the "Promotional Period"). Sponsors are not responsible for late, misdirected or illegible entries. Only one entry per person will be accepted. One winner will be selected at random. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void. All on-line entries are subject to the privacy Policy at www.velowear.com.

4. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of, one (1) $750 gift certificate for purchase of products at VeloWear.com. Prizes will be awarded on or around July 15, 2008. Total Retail Value of the Prizes is: $750.00.

5. Prize Conditions: The prize is supplied by Voler Team Apparel, a division of Deyo Inc. The Prize is not redeemable for cash or substitutable for any other item by winners. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable Prize of like or greater value for the prize, for any reason. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees, plus any other incidentals. Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form prior to receipt of the Prize, acknowledging that Voler Team Apparel has the right to publicize his/her name and likeness, the fact that he/she has won the Prize and all matters incidental thereto, without the payment of any compensation for a period of one (1) year. The winner will be required to waive any and all claims against Deyo Inc and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives for any loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the receipt or use of the Prize. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and forfeit of prize.

By entering, participants agree that the Sponsors are not responsible for (i) any injury or damages to the entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the contest; (ii) lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection, miscommunications, failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operations of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such entrant from the contest. In the event the contest is, in the opinion of the Sponsors, compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors, which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the contest, and select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to the termination of contest.

6. How to Win: Random drawing among all completed entries will be held on or about January 15, 2009. Winners will be contacted by phone. Winners must provide Voler Team Apparel with appropriate identification (Driver's License or ID), affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form before receipt of the Prize.

7. Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner: For the name of the winner, send a self addressed, stamped envelope, after January 15, 2008 to "January 2009 VeloWear Shopping Spree" c/o Voler Team Apparel, 21 Saratoga Ave, Grover Beach, Ca 93433.

9. Contest Conditions: The contestants and winners release Deyo Inc and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury and/or property damage. Voler Team Apparel shall be responsible for the performance of prizes only, and is not responsible for the performance of any other component of the Contest, including administration of the promotion, travel or other prizes as applicable.

10. Disqualification: In the event that a winner fails to claim his or her prize within two weeks of notification or fails to meet the eligibility requirements of the contest, the un-awarded prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from remaining entries.

11. Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of Deyo Inc. and will not be returned. Winner will be required to give Voler Team Apparel his/her legal name, current address, and phone number for tax record keeping purposes only.

12. Disputes: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. Any dispute regarding the contest or these rules will be resolved by a panel of judges from Deyo Inc., and their decision shall be final.

13. Privacy: Deyo Inc on occasion shares information collected about contestants included on the entry forms with other contest Sponsors and other units within the family of Deyo Inc., whose products or service we feel may be of interest to you.
